Tea Tree is a new, spacious, and exclusive five-bedroom property on Ahangama's seashore. The main sitting area with views over the pool and the Indian Ocean is seen as you enter via the main gates through the inner garden area. The property is fully staffed, including a chef and a villa manager.
The villa, which is located on the beach, is a surfer's dream. You can choose among two breaks right in front of the villa by walking out the beach gate. The Kabalana Beach, which is famous for "The Rock," a punchy A-frame break, is only a few minutes' walk away.

07. Habaraduwa House – 4 Bedroom Villa in Habaraduwa

Habaraduwa House is one of the most exquisite beach villas in the Galle area, set approximately an acre inland with a coconut grove leading to the beach. There is a manager, cook, two housekeeping employees, and a gardener/pool guy on staff. The house was built in 2001, but in 2011 it was entirely redesigned and rebuilt. Four en-suite bedrooms with sea views and two with outdoor showers are available in this immaculately designed property.
