Description

Palm Cove is a gorgeously renovated village house that retains a lot of its original charm while also adding some contemporary elements. There are four bedrooms with air conditioning and private baths. While the other bedrooms all have king-size beds, the two front bedrooms only have queen-size beds. There are double sinks and/or showers in three of the ensuite indoor/outdoor bathrooms. The villa is also just few minutes stroll from the beach as well as a few minutes tuk tuk ride away from the surfing beaches in Ahangama too.

The four bedrooms at Palm Cove are situated off a spacious living area with cozy sofas. The outdoor dining pavilion, BBQ, and bar area are all accessible through floor to ceiling doors that open onto the garden. There is a dining area inside with space for up to ten people.

The villa maintains the traditional design of the old property, including the inner courtyard with water basin and the partially open roof. On the other side of this tiny courtyard, there is entrance to the inner dining room, the kitchen, and the store/linen room. Although the beautiful housekeeper will prepare breakfast and her local cuisine is delicious, the house is generally self-catering. Delicious! However, you must either self-cater or employ a cook, which may result in an additional cost, for more meals or a wider selection of options.

The outdoor eating pavilion is close to a BBQ bar area, and self-catering is encouraged. There is a wonderful pool, a raised poolside pavilion, and a sun terrace with loungers that look out over the tropical plants.
