Luna Break is a six bedroom village house that has recently undergone renovations in a beach community. When you arrive at Luna Break, the Pool House, which features two double bedrooms, an open concept living area, and a galley kitchen, is the first thing you see. The bedrooms have walk-in showers in their en suite indoor or outdoor bathrooms. The interiors are decorated with crisp, white walls and gorgeous pastel green door and window frames. The swimming pool, which is situated between this home and the main villa and has a raised sunbathing platform, can be seen from the large L-shaped sofa in the common living area.

You enter a large veranda from the pool and garden. It has a number of lounging places, with the dining table located near the kitchen at the far end. Four bedroom suites, including one on the ground floor, have been added to the home following recent renovations. The space has a high main ceiling and a regal feel thanks to the mahogany banisters.

The main living area has two sofas and wide French windows that open to a gravel courtyard with a quiet space for yoga and meditation. The open-plan, well-equipped kitchen is connected to the living space, which includes a sofa and flat-screen TV. Invisible behind towering, attractive warehouse pulley doors are a separate laundry room and office.

A double bedroom with a four-poster bed and views of the garden and pool is located to the left of the entrance hall/sitting area. It offers a stunning en suite that includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, two sinks, and a sunken polished cement bath. Another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a little "one man" standing balcony overlooking the garden and pool is located just above this one at the top of the stairs. The bedroom is located across the hallway and has a small walk-in shower and two single four-poster beds.

For avid surfers as well as those hoping to see whales and dolphins, go stilt fishing, or take a boat ride on Koggala Lake, Luna Break is a great starting point. Ahangama, Midigama, Kabbalana, Weligama, and Mirissa may all be reached quickly. After a successful day of surfing or local exploration, the property boasts a large, dedicated team that includes a house manager, chef, housekeeper, gardener, and room attendant to enhance your experience!
