ÀNI is an all-inclusive, private resort intended specifically for a single group of visitors. It is a sprawling beachfront estate on five green acres (two hectares) of Sri Lanka's south coast. The resort, which is located on a gradual rise above a palm-fringed beach near Dickwella, boasts mesmerizing views of the Indian Ocean and can accommodate up to 30 guests over eight Split - Level Suites, four Classic Suites, and three Family Suites. These are centered on two double-story Living Salas - Villa Monara and Villa Divia - that overlook their respective large infinity pools and the sea on either side of a green sweep of lawn.

Villa Monara (meaning Peacock) and Villa Divia (meaning Le o pard) are two - story, poolside Living Sala s, each with an air - conditioned dining area, interactive show kitchen, lounge, bar, wine cellar, library, and terrace.
